How Can severe Vomiting Along With Diarrhea Be Treated?
Hi, About 3 days ago I caught a stomach bug and had vomiting and diarrhea for 12 hours. Now I notice flashing light in a C shape around the outer edge of my vision in the left eye. Could this be a detached retina...it is Friday night and the only place I could go is the ER. Not sure if okay to wait until Monday to see an eye doctor.

Retinal detachment would normally present as floaters or tiny flashes in the eye. Some persons may also give a history of a curtain or blockage in an area of vision.
If you are noting any of these symptoms, then you should be assessed as soon as possible.
